Stakeholders or ‘publics’ are key to a successful PR campaign. It stands to reason that you need to know who to communicate with, what they might want to know, and how you can engage with them, BEFORE you start crafting your message.
All companies have many stakeholders, and each type almost certainly will need a different message, and quite possibly a different approach.
