It occurs to me that we rarely say out loud the ground rules of doing business. It’s just assumed that our clients will know what to do, and they will know that we know what to do. If you see what I mean.

|Have regular meetings with you and share our wide and varied knowledge of all things marketing, presenting and PR||Let us know of the things that are going on in your organisation that could be used in a news story. Things like: apprenticeships; capital equipment; new orders; new products; happy customers and also the issues that are being talked about in your sector.We need to know your corporate objectives, marketing goals and expectations, so we can help you meet them.|
|Act as a confident, coach and advisor||Provide feedback. We need to know if what we’re doing is impacting on your web traffic, calls to the office, feedback from customers etc. Because if it’s not, we need to review what we do, and modify it.|
|Make sure your photos go out to the media, online and in your social streams||Have some professional photos that we can use. We want to present you at your best.|
